I spoke with 1 of the sales team sent all of the required got an answer within an hour and it was set for delievery the next morning the driver rang to let me know they were 20 mins out and arrived right on time…very professional 10 mins to bring in and set up took the old machine away and the box for the new machine could not thank them enough and will be back for more
